Beginning performances Tuesday, August 11, Erin Mackey will assume the role of Glinda in the Broadway company of WICKED. Ms. Mackey is making her Broadway debut after playing the role of Glinda in both the Chicago and Los Angeles productions of WICKED. And Broadway's original Nessarose, Michelle Federer, will return to the musical blockbuster, beginning performances August 18.

Ms. Roscioli is making her Broadway debut after playing the role of Elphaba for the final two years of the record-breaking Chicago production of WICKED. Dee joins a cast which includes Alli Mauzey as Glinda, Tony Award-winner Rondi Reed as Madame Morrible, P.J. Benjamin as The Wizard, Kevin Kern as Fiyero, Alex Brightman as Boq, Cristy Candler as Nessarose, and Timothy Britten Parker as Dr. Dillamond.

Only two weeks remain for Chicagoans to see WICKED, the musical phenomenon that has changed Chicago for good. Performances have been selling out but good seats are still available for Tuesday and Wednesday performances with limited availability for weekends. The WICKED drawing will continue to take place for all performances. WICKED will take its final bow in Chicago on January 25, 2009.

Audiences have just six weeks to catch the magic that has entranced the Windy City for three and a half years. The Chicago company of WICKED will take its final bow after the 2 p.m. performance on Sunday, January 25, 2009, following a record-breaking open run at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre.

As Wicked prepares to enter its third year at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre, the record-breaking Chicago company is continuing their tradition of giving back to the community that has made them the most 'Popular' show in town.

After two years of sold-out shows and performing to an audience of over 2,000,000 (representing all 50 states and countries as far away as Japan and Australia), the record-breaking Chicago company of Wicked will celebrate its second anniversary in the Windy City
