The Drama Desk Award-winning Celebrity Autobiography returned to the Triad Theater for a new season on Monday, October 3 with the new edition, Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter. The series just completed a 5 week run this Halloween, October 31 featuring guest stars Florence Henderson and Craig Bierko.
On Friday, August 26, Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, Mario Cantone, Scott Adsit, Joy Behar, Tovah Feldshuh, Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel teamed up for tow special edition performances of Celebrity Autobiography at Guild Hall in the Hamptons. On June 25, stars of screen and stage took part in Gay Pride at Barefoot Wine Presents: Celebrity Autobiography in NYC. Michael Urie, Kristen Johnston, Mo Rocca, Rachel Dratch, Mario Cantone and Sharon Gless led the cast, who read from the pages of other celebrities' autobiographies. The cast also celebrated New York's recent legalization of same-sex marriage, commenting on this national milestone before each reading.
The 2009 Drama Desk Award winner and 2010 Bistro Award winner Celebrity Autobiography performed Monday, January 24 at 7:30pm at New York's Triad Theater with a cast that included Mario Cantone, Tate Donovan, Rachel Dratch,Susie Essman, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, Sherri Shepherd, and Alan Zweibel.
