Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (LBC)announced today that "The Daily Show" host and award winning comedian Trevor Noahwill return to Santa Rosa on his Loud & Clear Tour on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 7 p.m.Tickets range in price from $65-$125 and will be available beginning Friday, April 19 at 12 p.m. online at lutherburbankcenter.org, by calling 707-546-3600 or at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts ticket office (50 Mark West Springs Road in Santa Rosa. 

North Carolina Opera has announced the company's 2019-20 season, which includes fully-staged productions of Mozart's The Magic Flute (Apr. 3 & 5, 2020) and Leoncavallo's Pagliacci (Jan. 24 & 26, 2020), a concert performance of Act III from Wagner's Siegfried (Nov. 10, 2019), and a vocal recital by superstar tenor Lawrence Brownlee (Feb. 18, 2020). afterWARds uses the words and music of Mozart's Idomeneo - perhaps his most radical, modern opera - in a reorganized and distilled 85-minute format by director David Paul, that shifts the opera's focus towards its four protagonists and their timeless struggles for love and peace in a world full of carnage and destruction. All the music is Mozart's, and the lyrics are from the original Italian libretto.
