After 309 performances at the Davenport Theatre, the Drama Desk Award-Nominated new musical DADDY LONG LEGS will play its final Off-Broadway performance on Monday, June 6th. 

Ken Davenport and Michael Jackowitz, the producers of the new Off-Broadway musical DADDY LONG LEGS, have announced that the winner of the "Give A Girl Her Chance" contest will perform live tonight at the Davenport Theatre.  Una Morrison of Derry City, Ireland will take the stage for her Off-Broadway debut after tonight's 7pm performance of DADDY LONG LEGS.

The contest submission due date will now be Monday, March 28th at 11:59pm, and the age limit for submissions has been removed.

Theatre of NOTE kicks off its 2016 season with the world premiere of PHRAZZLED, written and directed by Phinneas Kiyomura. Meet Phraz and Frasz, two different (or the same) "wannabe" writers battling ego, jealousy, love and doubt, as they strive for, and attempt to define, success in Hollywood.  PHRAZZLED will preview Friday, April 8 and Saturday, April 9 at 8PM, and opens Thursday, April 14 at 8PM. Celebrities dressed in Western attire walked the red carpet last Saturday as Rubicon Theatre Company of Ventura presented the American Premiere of the stage play THE MAN WHO SHOT LIBERTY VALANCE by Jethro Compton. Attendees included musician Jim Messina of Loggins & Messina, Poco and Buffalo Springfield and his beautiful wife Michaela; Golden Globe nominated actor Ted Neeley with his wife Leeyan and daughter Tessa; and Emmy Award-winning actor Joe Spano with his daughters Liana and Meili. The producers of the new Off-Broadway musical DADDY LONG LEGS, and Paul Gordon (Music & Lyrics) have released "The Secret of Happiness" sheet music from DADDY LONG LEGS for free. 

Producers Ken Davenport and Michael Jackowitz announced today that DADDY LONG LEGS will host a screening of the 1955 film adaptation of Jean Webster's classic 1912 novel Daddy Long Legs on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 8:00 pm at the Davenport Theatre (354 West 45th Street). Additionally, every audience member attending the screening will receive an exclusive discount to see the live musical version of DADDY LONG LEGS, playing at the Davenport Theatre.

Paul Gordon and John Caird's chamber musical was performed in Japan, London and across America before arriving Off-Broadway.

Though it never made it to Broadway, LOVE FROM JUDY was a 1952 West End hit.

Halpin, recently seen in another two-person musical THE LAST FIVE YEARS at Long Wharf Theatre, will appear together with his wife through February 2016.

The cast album for the new Off-Broadway musical DADDY LONG LEGS, with music and lyrics by Tony Award nominee Paul Gordon (Sense and Sensibility) and a book by Tony Award and Olivier Award winner John Caird (Les Miserables), is available today in the U.S. via digital release from Ghostlight Records.
