Comedy Central Agrees to Multi-Picture, First Window Film Package with Open Road Films

COMEDY CENTRAL and Open Road Films have reached an agreement for a film package that includes the first window broadcast premiere of Marlon Wayans' new blockbuster comedy "A Haunted House" and Dax Shepard's "Hit & Run," it was announced today by David Bernath, Executive Vice President, Program Strategy and Multiplatform Programming, COMEDY CENTRAL and Rand Stoll, Head of TV Sales for Open Road Films. The battle is over! Yves Saint Laurent has dropped it's lawsuit against Christian Loutoutin. WWD reported that the YSL team are content with the most recent court decision which allows YSL to make monochromatic red shoes (both shoe and sole red) but it still gave Christian Louboutin their trademark protection on the red sole alone.
