Producers announced today that Ryan Silverman (Passion, The Phantom of the Opera) and Hannah Elless (Godspell, Mamma Mia!) will star as Richard Collier and Elise McKenna in Portland Center Stage's (PCS) upcoming world-premiere production of the new musical Somewhere in Time, based on the novel by renowned author Richard Matheson (I Am Legend, What Dreams May Come) and the subsequent hit film starring Christopher Reeve, Jane Seymour and Christopher Plummer. Ken Davenport of Davenport Theatrical Enterprises presented a reading of the new play Schooled, written by Lisa Lewis and directed by Jules Ochoa, as part of the Davenport Developmental Reading Series. Schooled stars Tony nominee Peter Friedman (Playwrights Horizon's Circle Mirror Transformation), Sarah Steele (Lincoln Center Theatre/LCT3's Slowgirl), Harry Zittel (Lincoln Center Theatre/LCT3's All-American) and Zoe Winters (Lincoln Center Theatre/LCT3's 4000 Miles). Portland Center Stage to Present World Premiere of SOMEWHERE IN TIME Musical This Spring

Portland Center Stage (PCS) will present the world premiere of the new musical, Somewhere in Time, based on the novel by renowned author Richard Matheson (I Am Legend, What Dreams May Come), which was made into the hit film starring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour. Impact Broadway Takes 200 High School Students to GODSPELL

In May and June 2012, Impact Broadway and Godspell joined forces to give high school students a chance to see Godspell on Broadway. The Youth Impact Broadway Project, Inc. is a socially and technology driven youth audience development program which engages African-American and Latino high school students from the five NYC boroughs in the Broadway experience.
