Billboard.com reports that AMERICAN IDOL runner up Jessica Sanchez is set to release her debut album sometime in February. 'I'm so ready for everyone to hear it!' Sanchez told Billboard. 'It's going to be dancey and something that I could definitely see being remixed and in the clubs.'

USA Today reports that Phillip Phillips has become the first AMERICAN IDOL champion to sell more than two million in sales. His hit single 'Home' sold 81,000 downloads last week alone, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

American Idol LIVE! returns to Detroit's Joe Louis Arena to launch the 2012 tour tonight, July 6 at 7 p.m. The hit tour is the first chance to see this season's talented top 10 finalists in concert to include DeAndre Brackensick, Hollie Cavanagh, Colton Dixon, Heejun Han, Skylar Laine, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez, Elise Testone and Erika Van Pelt.
