Comix At Foxwoods Presents Gabriel Iglesias, 9/1

ALMA Award nominee, Gabriel Iglesias, will look to end the weekend at Comix on a good note, as he visits the MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods on Sunday, Sept. 1 at 9 p.m. Tickets are currently available for presale through Comix and Ticketmaster and regular tickets are set to go on sale tomorrow, Friday, April 26 at 10 a.m. Fans can purchase tickets in advance for $40, $50 and $60. Comix At Foxwoods Welcomes Moshe Kasher, 6/6-8

One of Variety's '10 Comics To Watch,' Moshe Kasher will take the stage in front of Comix audiences for the first time for four performances beginning Thursday, June 6 at 8 p.m. with additional performances Friday, June 7 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 8 at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Fans are welcomed to witness a 'Nasty Show with Moshe Kasher' during his final uproarious performance. On WHITNEY's upcoming episode, titled 'Alex, Meet Lily,' Whitney (Whitney Cummings) begs Alex (Chris D'Elia) to hang out with Lily (Zoe Lister-Jones) because she is in need of a male friend. Alex reluctantly agrees, but ends up thoroughly enjoying Lily's company. Meanwhile, to bring excitement back to Low Bar, Mark (Dan O'Brien) and R.J. (Tone Bell) start up a competitive game of darts. Alex (Chris D'Elia) is angry at Whitney's actions, but in order to show her he's not uptight, he tries to take a compromising photo of himself but is embarrassingly interrupted by Roxanne (Rhea Seehorn) and Lily (Zoe Lister-Jones). WHITNEY Star Chris D'Elia Set to Visit Comix Stage for First Time this April

Comedian on-the-rise and current star of NBC's "Whitney," Chris D'Elia, will make his first appearance on the Comix stage with performances on Friday, Apr. 26 at 8 p.m. and a double header on Saturday, Apr. 27 with shows at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and are $25 for general advance admission ($35 the day of), while VIP advance admission tickets are $50 ($60 the day of). A two-drink minimum applies to all tickets. The show is 21+ and is for mature audiences only. (more...)

On next week's new episode of NBC's WHITNEY, titled 'Nesting, 'Alex (Chris D'Elia) convinces Whitney (Whitney Cummings) to celebrate their honeymoon at his parent's lake house, but they are surprised to be greeted by Alex's troubled father upon arrival. Wayne (Guest star Dean Norris) reveals to Whitney that the picture perfect marriage between he and Alex's mother is not as great as everyone believes. In the meantime, Mark (Dan O'Brien), Lily (Zoe Lister-Jones) and Roxanne (Rhea Seehorn) make themselves comfortable in Alex and Whitney's apartment and discover some weird habits their friends share.
