Ashe releases her new single and accompanying video, “Emotional” - available everywhere via Mom+Pop Music. The song is taken from her highly-anticipated forthcoming sophomore album Rae. Directed by Jason Lester, the video gives life to the carefree tune and is reminiscent of The Velvet Underground's live performance at Andy Warhol's Factory.

The disc is a collection of brand-new songs mixed with some from a few years back,produced by Heyman, recorded at his home Kit Factory studio with drums recorded at Eastside Sound in NYC. The earlier compositions were written for The Doughboys.

Ward (Him) today released the second single, “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” off their upcoming album Melt Away: A Tribute to Brian Wilson. “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” was the opening track off the Beach Boys’ 1966 album Pet Sounds. She & Him’s seventh studio album is a loving, LP-length tribute to Brian Wilson.
