Center Theatre Group Announces ENTER LAUGHING, THE MUSICAL Reading to Honor Carl Reiner, 1/28

In honor of comedy legend Carl Reiner's 75 years in the business, Center Theatre Group is presenting a staged reading of "Enter Laughing, The Musical," which is inspired by Reiner's experiences as a young man struggling to break into theatre in New York. The one night only event directed by Stuart Ross ("Forever Plaid"), Mark Taper Forum on Monday, January 28, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. is already sold out. (more...)

Pulitzer Prize Finalist Play ALBUM Becomes NYC Indie Official Selection

On the heels of a critically acclaimed, sold-out run at Rubicon's home in Ventura's Downtown Cultural District, the world premiere musical HELLO! MY BABY will play at the Lobero Theatre for three performances only this weekend - tonight, May 5 and tomorrow, May 6. Described as a 'Tin-Pantastic New Tuner for all ages,' the show is conceived and written by Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner and Tony Nominee Cheri Steinkellner, who is also a longtime Santa Barbara resident.
