Kevin McCollum, Jeffrey Seller and Jill Furman Willis, the producers of the 2008 Tony and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical In The Heights, announced today that Bianca Marroquin will take over the role of 'Daniela' for 9 weeks only from Saturday, June 12, through Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street). In The Heights currently stars Corbin Bleu (through August 17), and beginning August 19 will star American Idol winner Jordin Sparks. (more...)

REVIEW: Sleek and Sexy CHICAGO Plays at the Fox January 1 -3

A sleek and sexy production of Kander and Ebb's brilliant musical, CHICAGO, is currently playing the Fox Theatre for a brief run (January 1-3, 2010). If you've only ever seen the film version, then you should do yourself a favor and check out the more minimalistic staging carried over from the 1996 revival by producers Barry and Fran Weissler.

This time around B'way After Dark has a Masquerade theme, just in time for Halloween.
