American Repertory Theater at Harvard University announced the full cast and creative team of its upcoming revival of 1776 directed by Jeffrey L. Page and Diane Paulus. 

Mandy Patinkin appeared on last night's episode of Jeopardy! to present a category based on the life of Benjamin Franklin. Patinkin voices the Benjamin Franklin in Ken Burns’s two-part, four-hour documentary based on the life of the founding father.

The first Primavera Presents musical event will take place on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 3 p.m. with a concert by The Dali Quartet.

Registration opens on March 1 for the 2022 spring semester at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Ringling College (OLLI at Ringling College), which runs March 14-May 27, 2022. The semester features dozens of classes and programs covering a wide variety of topics. Classes are offered in-person on the Ringling College Museum Campus and online via the Zoom platform.

The Audio Publishers Association (APA) have announced finalists for the 2022 Audie Awards. Finalists include Cynthia Erivo for Best Female Narrator and Lin-Manuel Miranda for Best Male Narrator. The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage (the Center) announced 42 grants today totaling more than $10.2 million to support the Philadelphia region’s artists and cultural organizations. $900,000 goes to Pew Fellowships, awarded to 12 individual artists working in music, visual art, dance, theater, film, and poetry.
