Arthur Darvill and Joanna Christie will make their Broadway debuts starring in the 8-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical ONCE at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre beginning Tuesday, April 23rd. The actors will take over from the temporary leads Ben Hope and Laura Dreyfuss, who, as planned and scheduled, will resume being standbys for 'Guy' and 'Girl.' (more...)

ONCE Celebrates First Anniversary on Broadway Tomorrow

ONCE, winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical and the 2013 Grammy Award, celebrates its first Anniversary with a special encore performance and cake after the matinee tomorrow, Wednesday, March 20 (the actual date of the 1st Anniversary was Monday, March 18 but the show was dark). The production, based on the 2007 Academy Award-winning film, opened to rave reviews on Sunday, March 18, 2012 and is playing at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, 242 West 45th Street. (more...)

Beginning Tuesday, March 26, Ben Hope will play the role of 'Guy,' Laura Dreyfuss will play the role of 'Girl,' Carlos Valdes will play the role of 'Andrej' and Claire Wellin will play the role of 'Reza.' This past weekend the cast of the Grammy award and eight time Tony award-winning Dublin based musical Once joined together to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. On stage in the show's fully functioning bar at the Phoenix Theatre in the West End proved to be the ideal setting for their celebrations. Following a sold out run at the Gaiety Theatre in Dublin, Once began previews in London on Saturday night in front of a full house where the show received a standing ovation. (more...)

SKYFALL Comes to Digital HD, Blu-ray/DVD Today

Box-office smash, SKYFALL, will soon be available to own in high-definition, it was announced by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. Skyfall released on Digital HD February 5th across all digital stores including Amazon, CinemaNow, iTunes, PlayStation, VUDU and Xbox Live. The Skyfall Blu-ray and DVD will follow today, February 12th in North America and February 18th in the United Kingdom with additional international markets to follow through March. (more...)
