The passionate characters in Pathway to the Ballot Box are inspired by the challenges, triumphs, fears, and accomplishments of eight women who lived in New Paltz, NY over three centuries, leading to the first vote cast by a woman in New Paltz. The experience will run weekends August 21st through September 5th, 2021. 

Mint Theater Company announced that the Silver Lining Streaming Series, the on-demand streaming of the three-camera archival recordings (filmed in HD!), will conclude on June 27th with two of Mint’s most acclaimed hits:  A Picture of Autumn by N.C Hunter, directed by Gus Kaikkonen and The Fatal Weakness by George Kelly, directed by Jesse Marchese.

“Stars In The House” will be celebrating Women’s History Month with a line-up of talented, award-winning guest hosts.  Anika Larsen will kick things off tomorrow night at 8:00pm PT, followed by Laura Benanti, Krysta Rodriguez, and Brenda Braxton, all in support of The Actors Fund, for which “Stars In The House” has raised OVER $715,000!

Stars in the House continues tonight (8pm ET) for Women's History Month:  What I Learned About Women's History Through The Roles I Played with guest co-hosts Anika Larsen and Nicole Lewis, joined by Ruthie Ann Miles, Andrea Varga, Hannah Elless, Annie Golden, Patricia Noonan and Saycon Sengbloh.

Mint Theater (Jonathan Bank, Producing Artistic Director) will present the American Premiere of The Mountains Look Different by Micheal mac Liammoir, hailed as 'a courageous play in which there is no beating about the bush' by The Christian Science Monitor. Performances will begin May 30th and continue through July 14th only at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street). Opening Night is set for June 19th.

Jesse Marchesedirects a cast that features Cliff Bemis, Cynthia Darlow, Kristin Griffith, Sean Patrick Hopkins, Patricia Kilgarriff, and Victoria Mack. The Fatal Weakness has scenic design Vicki R. Davis, costume design by Andrea Varga, lighting design by Christian DeAngelis, original music & sound design by Jane Shaw, and properties design by Joshua Yocom. Performances will continue through October 12th. Opening Night is set for Monday September 15th (7pm) at Mint's home (311 West 43rd Street, just west of 8th Avenue).
