Northlight's World Premiere of MR. DICKENS' HAT Now Available to Stream

Evans, is continuing its 2021–2022 season with the World Premiere of Mr. Dickens’ Hat, A Play with Music written by Michael Hollinger, directed by David Catlin, with music direction by Chuck Larkin.

Court Theatre Extends OTHELLO Due To Popular Demand

Due to popular demand, Court Theatre, under the continuing leadership of Charles Newell, Marilyn F. Vitale Artistic Director, and Executive Director Angel Ysaguirre, extends the first show of its 2021/2022 Season, The Tragedy of Othello, the Moor of Venice, by William Shakespeare. Specifically conceived for a smaller audience and co-directed by Artistic Director Charles Newell and Gabrielle Randle-Bent, Othello features Kelvin Roston Jr., in the titular role.

Vitale Artistic Director, and Executive Director Angel Ysaguirre, announces the streaming release of An Iliad by Lisa Peterson and Denis O'Hare, based on Homer's The Iliad. The production, filmed in the Oriental Institute at The University of Chicago, will be available for digital access from March 3 through March 31, 2021.

This holiday season Berkeley Rep will stream Tony Award winner (and frequent Berkeley Rep collaborator) Mary Zimmerman's The Steadfast Tin Soldier, produced by Lookingglass Theatre Company. Beginning December 1 audiences and their families can experience the beloved classic as the production streams into their homes. Based on Hans Christian Andersen's story about a little tin soldier who never gives up, this production is a gorgeous spectacle of music and movement that is perfect for the whole family.
