The fully renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents An Evening with David Sedaris on Tuesday, April 4 at 7:30pm. Sedaris will do a book signing after the show for all ticket holders. Tickets range from $29-$69.

Hennepin Theatre Trust has announced NPR humorist David Sedaris returns by popular demand on Friday, Oct. 27, 2023 at 8 p.m. at the historic State Theatre (805 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis).

Best-selling author David Sedaris is set to appear October 30, 2023 at Orpheum Theater in Sioux Falls.

LA MAMA will continue its 61st season with the New York City premiere performance, 'The Hip Hopera of 5P1N0K10,' created by Tarish Pipkins or “Jeghetto” – set to debut as the first production staged in its newly renovated original landmark theatre.

Written, starring, and produced by Ben Platt, Noah Galvin, Molly Gordon, and Nick Lieberman, the film also features Jimmy Tatro, Patti Harrison, Nathan Lee Graham, Ayo Edebiri, Owen Thiele, Alan Kim, Alexander Bello, Bailee Bonick, Kyndra Sanchez, Donovan Colan, Vivienne Sachs, Quinn Titcomb, with Caroline Aaron and Amy Sedaris. 

Salt-of-the-earth Cole (Chris Evans) falls head over heels for enigmatic Sadie (Ana de Armas) —but then makes the shocking discovery that she’s a secret agent. La MaMa will present A SCREAM IN THE DARK, a world premiere solo play by Brazil’s Companhia Nova de Teatro that investigates the military dictatorship and censorship in Brazil (1964-1985) – one of the most obscure periods from the recent history of that country.

RADIO 477!, a new theatrical production about the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv in 1929 and today –  in collaboration with the prominent Ukrainian literary figure Serhiy Zhadan – will debut at La MaMa's Ellen Stewart Theatre (66 E. 4 St. in Manhattan), with performances beginning March 10 through March 19, it has been announced by Mia Yoo, La MaMa's artistic director.

LA MAMA ETC will celebrate the re-opening of its landmark home 74A with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tour of the refurbished building (open free to the public) on Thursday, February 9 at 11 a.m. at La MaMa.
