Riverside Theatre's celebrated 40th Anniversary Season comes to a close with the witty and exuberant How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. With a book by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock, and Willie Gilbert, and music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying is based on a best-selling, satirical book of the same name by Shepherd Mead. How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying performs on the Stark Stage from April 8 - 27, 2014 and is sponsored by Marriott SpringHill Suites and our Patron Producers. How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying is a co-production between Riverside Theatre and the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia.

Feeling nostalgic for the 1980s? The North Shore Music Theatre reminds us what office life was like back then in '9 to 5: The Musical,' based on the film and the Dolly Parton hit song. The production is acted and staged extremely well, but the songs are forgettable and the book is tough to swallow in our era of cynicism.

The award-winning North Shore Theatre (NSMT) is pleased to welcome Broadway star Dee Hoty to the cast of 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL. Due to a severe back injury (annular tear of the L5 disc), the previously announced Lucie Arnaz will be unable to play the role of Violet in 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL scheduled to open Tuesday, September 25, and play through Sunday, October 7. Press night is scheduled for September 26 at 7:30pm.

In February 2011, Mark T Evans and William TN Hall under the umbrella of TNT Music debuted a new song series, designed to benefit important causes whilst showcasing the current work of new musical theatre writers. The first two editions have been huge successes and have comprised of material from musical theatre writers from all over NYC and beyond, from prestigious institutions such as the NYU Graduate MT Writing Program and the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop, performed by a small ensemble of professional actors.
The series held a concert last night, August 5, at Don't Tell Mama, which continues tonight at 7pm. This third edition benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Check out photos from the concert below!

TNT Music previously announced the third edition of 'Are You Working On Something New?'-New Songs by New Writers to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The series is coordinated by William TN Hall Musical with direction by Mark T Evans and directed by Adam Fitzgerald today, August 5th and Monday, August 6th 2012 at 7:00pm at Don't Tell Mama NYC W 46th between 8th and 9th.
