Today the Los Angeles Film Festival, presented by Film Independent, in conjunction with Presenting Media Sponsor the Los Angeles Times and Host Partner L.A. LIVE, announced its official US and international selections. Manhattan Theatre Club has just announced that Emmy and Tony award winner Blythe Danner and Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Sarah Jessica Parker will return to MTC at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street) in the world premiere of THE COMMONS OF PENSACOLA, a new play by Amanda Peet, directed by MTC's award-winning artistic director Lynne Meadow. Roundabout Theatre Company's new production of Lanford Wilson's Pulitzer Prize winning play Talley's Folly, directed by Michael Wilson, features Danny Burstein as 'Matt Friedman' and Sarah Paulson as 'Sally Talley.' Performances began February 9th, 2013 and it opened last night, March 5, 2013 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street). This is a limited engagement through April 28, 2013.
