Priscilla Queen of the Desert The Musical, the outrageously fun show about three friends on the roadtrip of a lifetime, will make its national tour debut at Hennepin Theatre Trust's Orpheum Theatre, January 8-13, 2013. Called a "rollicking crowd-pleaser in sequins" by Variety, this international hit with more than 500 2011 Tony Award-winning costumes features a parade of dance floor favorites including "It's Raining Men," "Finally" and "I Will Survive." Naked Boys Singing!, the outrageous musical comedy that ran off Broadway for thirteen years before closing five weeks ago, is back - bigger and better than ever! New staging, new boys, same costumes. Based on the successful long-running Provincetown production, from Drama Desk nominee Tom D'Angora (NEWSical The Musical) and Michael D'Angora, the show is an hour of non-stop comedy, nudity, dancing, and as the title says, singing! A priceless collection of Tony winners and nominees made this year's BROADWAY BARES XXI: MASTERPIECE a truly 'starry night' as they joined more than 200 of Broadway's sexiest dancers in an auction-themed burlesque show that would make any art critic blush. BROADWAY BARES XXI: MASTERPIECE, which is produced by and benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, was held, June 19, with two performances only (9:30 PM and midnight) at Roseland Ballroom (239 West 52nd Street). Broadway stars and Rock stars joined the audience to dance the night away when Rockers on Broadway returned to BB Kings Blues Club last night, November 8th. Directed by Donnie Kehr, ROCKERS ON BROADWAY-Dance Party featured some of the hottest dance tunes from Elvis to GaGa, performed by Broadway stars and the Rock stars who made them famous. The producers of the revival of WEST SIDE STORY announced today that Broadway newcomer Sarah Amengual will be Broadway's 'Maria' beginning Tuesday, September 21, 2010. 2009 Tony Award nominee Josefina Scaglione will play her final performance as 'Maria' on Sunday, September 19, 2010.
