It was a neat surprise to discover that The 7 Wonders Theatre has done an annual pop-up musical revue for the past three years. Their latest offering, Spellbound, hit the stage on Saturday September 22nd for just two performances at Mainline Theatre.

The new musical Anne of Green Gables: A new Folk Rock Musical comes to the theatre directly from four sold out performances in Broadway in the Finger Lakes' 2017 theatre series, The PiTCH. The production is modern and creative and the show is truly something special.

The 8th Annual Dancing for a Common Ground Concert will create an opportunity for young dancers to perform with professional companies. From March 7-17, 2013, Houston Ballet will present The Rite of Spring, a program of premieres featuring three exciting 21st century choreographers and honoring the centenary of the premiere of Igor Stravinsky and Vaslav Nijinsky's landmark work. The company will unveil the world premiere of Stanton Welch's The Rite of Spring. A world premiere by internationally renowned choreographer Edwaard Liang to music by the Italian composer Ezio Bosso and a Houston Ballet premiere of Mark Morris's Pacific round out the program.

Maryland Ensemble Theatre's (MET) improv and sketch comedy troupe, The Comedy Pigs, debuted in early 1993. This coming 2012-2013 season they will celebrate twenty years of laughter with eight prime-time shows, eight late night shows and a two week run of a brand new sketch show for a total of twenty-two hilarious nights of comedy. The Pigs are also adding four new members to the pen for this landmark upcoming season.
