Dolphin Theatre's production of 'Goodnight Mr Tom' is a beautifully orchestrated piece of theatre and it is difficult to reconcile that the set, special effects and performances of almost all cast members are not that of a professional company.

After two years in summer residence at the Ambassdors Theatre in the West End, The British Theatre Academy are completely taking over Southwark Playhouse for the summer with 2 productions.

Tony Award nominated Broadway musical Bring It On The Musical, a universal coming-of-age story that mixes competitive cheerleading, high school politics and teenage romance, is be produced by The British Theatre Academy. The BTA will also revive the acclaimed Broadway musical Spring Awakening The Musical, winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical, Book and Score and 4 Olivier Awards including Best New Musical, at The Stockwell Playhouse from Tuesday 14 - Sunday 19 August.

Set during the dangerous build up to the Second World War, Goodnight Mister Tom follows young William Beech, who is evacuated to the idyllic English countryside and forges a remarkable and heart warming friendship with the elderly recluse, Tom Oakley. All is perfect until William is suddenly summoned by his mother back to London.

Following a hugely successful West End season in 2012/13, this critically acclaimed Chichester Festival Theatre adaptation of Michelle Magorian's classic novel returns to London for a limited 10 week season. The story is brought beautifully to life in David Wood's Olivier Award winning stage version. The production will play this Christmas at the Duke of York's Theatre, previewing from December 11th, with a press performance on December 17th at 2.30pm.

Casting has been announced for the acclaimed Chichester Festival Theatre production of Goodnight Mister Tom which runs at the Phoenix Theatre from 22 November 2012 for 9 weeks before embarking on a UK Tour from 29 January.

After playing to packed houses across the UK, the critically acclaimed Chichester Festival Theatre production comes to London for a limited 9 week season before setting off on a UK tour. Now a modern classic, Michelle Magorian's wonderfully uplifting tale is brought gloriously to life in a stage adaptation by David Wood, with Olivier Award-winning actor Oliver Ford Davies starring as Mister Tom.

Catalyst Collaborative@MIT, a science-theater collaboration between Underground Railway Theater and MIT, presents the World Premiere of Yesterday Happened: Remembering H.M., written and directed by Wesley Savick, running April 12 through May 13, 2012

For its 22nd season, Signature Theatre is celebrating their signature composer Stephen Sondheim by presenting his very first musical, Saturday Night (1953) as a concert event for four performances only on Saturday, October 29th (2pm and 8pm) and Sunday, October 30th (2pm and 7pm). This rarely performed hidden gem from America's foremost musical theater composer features a book by Julius and Philip Epstein, with music and lyrics - unperformed in full until 1997 - by Sondheim. This special limited engagement will be directed by Signature's Associate Artistic Director Matthew Gardiner (Side by Side by Sondheim, The Hollow) and the Music Director is Jon Kalbfleisch. Limited seating is still available, with single ticket prices at $41 each. Saturday Night will play in Signature's MAX Theatre.
