The BBC has entered a creative partnership with FX Networks, with the BBC securing the rights to all new scripted (comedy and drama) FX original series, it was announced today by Charlotte Moore, Director, BBC Content and Gina Brogi, President of Global Distribution, Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. The deal was negotiated with the BBC by Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution on behalf of FX Networks.

USA Network today announced a fourth season renewal for the hit drama QUEEN OF THE SOUTH. Starring Alice Braga ('I Am Legend'), the series is based on the literary page-turner 'La Reina Del Sur' by internationally acclaimed author Arturo Pérez-Reverte. Season 4 is set to return in 2019.

Noah Emmerich ('The Americans'), Liam Cunningham ('Game of Thrones'), Topher Grace ('Blackkklansman'), Paul James ('The Path'), Nick Searcy ('The Shape of Water'), Robert Wisdom ('The Wire') and Robert Sean Leonard ('House') will all star in the six-episode global miniseries inspired by the terrifying true story of the origins of the Ebola virus and its first arrival on U.S. soil in 1989. James D'Arcy ('Homeland') joins the cast as a series guest star. Production begins today in Toronto and will also shoot in South Africa in early December. THE HOT ZONE will premiere globally on National Geographic in 2019.

On the eve of the premiere of GENIUS: PICASSO on Tuesday April 24, National Geographic announced today that the third season of its acclaimed scripted anthology series will bring to life the myth maker and towering literary figure Mary Shelley. From Fox 21 Television Studios, the new season will again be executive produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard's Imagine Entertainment, MWM Studios and EUE/Sokolow, and will premiere globally on National Geographic in 172 countries and 43 languages in 2019. The first season of GENIUS was watched by more than 45 million people around the world, and was National Geographic's best performing new series launch ever.
