The Hawaiian Missile Crisis is now being developed as a stage musical, '38 MINUTES,' by its conceptor and composer Holly Doubet, with playwright Joseph McDonough, and composers Kathy Babylon and John Vester. The musical will enjoy its first professional concert reading at the Sammons Center for the Arts in Dallas, Texas on December 9 and 10, 2021.

Five years after emerging onto the Southern California music scene, singer/songwriter Ben Babylon has reinvented his former Ben Babylon Band, renaming it The Episodes and adding a new member. The now 17-year-old alternative rocker hopes audiences will enjoy the stories, or “episodes,” he tells in songs, as if watching reruns of a favorite TV series, discovering different nuances each time.

When the annual NAMM Show (National Association of Music Merchants) gets underway at the Anaheim Convention Center later this month, one of the performers will be the Los Angeles-based Ben Babylon Band (BBB). The BBB is an alternative rock group fronted by 15-year-old singer/songwriter Ben Babylon, an award-winning pianist and keyboard player, who is working on his first album with help from members of the Elton John Band.
