This fall, Symphony Space presents the superheroes of children's entertainment in a season with plenty of entertainment to guard NYC families against the diabolical quandary of "What To Do?" each weekend. Beginning on Saturday, September 27th with Spike and Mike's Festival of Animation, through Frances England's concert on March 28, 2015, a high-powered lineup bursts upon the Just Kidding stages, offering something for everyone: classic animation, interactive puppet theatre, hip hop, percussive dance, and sing-alongs with the most boredom-busting family musicians on the planet. The magnetically charged season also includes more Sunday performances than ever before.

Tickets to all Just Kidding performances are available now at http://www.symphonyspace.org/justkidding.

Just Kidding performers will keep cabin fever at bay at two Symphony Space theatres: the Leonard Nimoy Thalia and the Peter Jay Sharp. Upper West Side native Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys kick off the musical portion of the season with a concert on October 4th in the Thalia. The king of kids' music, GRAMMY winner and longtime supporter of Symphony Space Dan Zanes will perform his "Song Gusto Hour" show in the Sharp theatre on November 1st. Other heroes of the season include folk and children's music legends Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer (November 22), pop star Tim Kubart of Sprout TV fame (January 17 and 18), Brooklyn's electro-acoustic GRAMMY nominated duo The Pop Ups (February 8 and 9), and a newcomer to the kids' music scene, Walter Martin of The Walkmen (February 28), all in the Thalia. Returning superheroes at the Sharp include Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players (November 15), The Gustafer Yellowgold Show (February 14) and Elizabeth Mitchell and You Are My Flower (March 21).

The season's theatrical events will include a poignantly silly musical puppet show called "Squirrel Stole My Underpants" (November 8 and 9), the gravity-defying Push Physical Theatre (December 13), plus a return of The Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia performing a world premiere of their show, "Stella, Queen of the Snow" (January 10). In addition, the annual blockbuster showcase of percussive dance, Stam-Pede, is scheduled for January 11th.

Just Kidding also offers birthday party packages for children. Symphony Space is located at 2537 Broadway (at 95th), New York, NY 10025. Box office: (212) 864-5400 or via email at boxoffice@symphonyspace.org.
