Auditions for The Women’s Theatre Project’s upcoming production of The Lyons, by Nicky Silver, will be held at the Willow Theatre in Sugar Sand Park on Monday, June 10th, and Tuesday, June 11th.
Performances will take place at the Willow Theatre December 6th – December 22nd, 2013.

Auditions are by appointment only.

Audition Dates: Monday June 10th, and Tuesday June 11th, 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Location: Willow Theatre, Sugar Sand Park, 300 South Military Trail, Boca Raton, 33486

Production Dates: December 6th-22nd at the Willow Theatre (Daytime Rehearsals)

Equity Role Available:

Rita Lyons - age 55-65- attractive, clever, self- absorbed, opinionated

Non-Equity Paid Roles Available:

Brian - age 25-30- real- estate broker, very attractive
A Nurse - age 40's-street- smart (all ethnicities)

THE LYONS is an outrageously funny and stirring work about a family coming to terms with the impending death of its patriarch. When Rita Lyons and her grown children gather to say goodbye, they learn that despite being a family, each of them is totally isolated. Afraid of closeness and solitude, they are pushed into a new arena - the human connection.
