Hartford Stage to Hold Local Auditions
Hartford, CT, August 21, 2012 - Hartford Stage will hold local non-Equity auditions for all 2012-13 shows on Tuesday, September 4, and Wednesday, September 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Auditions will be held by Associate Artistic Director Max Williams.
Actors should prepare 2 contrasting monologues, not to exceed 3 minutes total or 1 monologue and 16 bars of a song, sung a capella. There will not be an accompanist present. Actors should also bring a current photo and resume to the audition.

In 2005 Hartford Stage was awarded The Hartford Courant's Tapestry Award recognizing its outstanding work in diversity, and in 2008 it was awarded the Bank of America Neighborhood Builder's Award recognizing its excellence in building community in Greater Hartford.
