CHIPS: THE MUSICAL - Falcon Theatre Non Equity Auditions

Falcon Theatre is thrilled to announce auditions for the Midwest Premier of CHiPs: The Musical. Based on the 1970's hit TV show, Ponch and John are back on the highways providing safety to all Californians (especially the pretty women they vowed to "service" and protect). It's campy and clever with a poppy 70s score and lots of short shorts.

Auditions will be Sunday, August 12 from 2-5 and Monday from 7-10 at the Monmouth Theater, 636 Monmouth, Newport, Kentucky.

Be prepared to sing 32 bars of a 1970's pop/rock/disco song that showcases your range. An accompanist will be provided. Cold readings from the script as well. No movement audition.

Casting requires comedic singers. 6 Baritone/Tenor Men (ages 20-40); 6 Mezzo/Belt Women (ages 20-30) . Roles available for Hispanic and African American performers as well.

The production runs from October 12-27.
