Appointment only auditions in Newark, Delaware will be held on Monday, March 5 and Tuesday, March 6, from 10am to 2pm each day, by appointment only.

If given an appointment, actors will be sent sides for the audition. In addition, be prepared to perform a contemporary monologue.

Deadline for submissions/requests: 3/2/2012

Auditions will take place at the Bayard Sharp Hall/Puglisi Hall, University of Delaware.

Seeking 2 AEA Actresses and 2 AEA Actors for the following:

Kate:

Caucasian female. Late 20s-early 30s. Art conservator. She is energetic, straightforward, curious and very smart.

Alice:

Caucasian female. Early 60s. Kate's mother, wealthy and eccentric. Actress will double as a museum host and British matron.

Josh:

American-born Chinese. Early 30s. Tall, well-educated, thoughtful. Haunted by unresolved issues surrounding his identity and familial relationships. Ambitious businessman, elegant.

Josh's Father:

Chinese. Mid 60s. Appears in the play as Josh's vision/dream. Very loving but traditional, a tai chi master and devoted but rigid father. Actor doubles as a concierge, flight attendant and British auctioneer.
