These are CLOSED auditions. Family or friends will not be allowed inside.
Be warmed up and ready to begin at times listed. All applicants will be put through a strength test (10 pull ups, and a rope climb) in order to pass on to the next round.
Bring a current non-returnable picture and resume.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Disney Parks Talent Casting is seeking principal stunt actors, male gymnasts and male tumblers for full-time, part-time and substitute positions in the Indiana Jones™ Epic Stunt Spectacular and Festival of the Lion King at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida.
Principal Stunt Actors for Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular:
Indiana Jones Stunt Double: Male. Mid 20s-30s. Experience in stage combat and rappelling. Good upper body strength and ability to work at substantial heights. Training in high falls a plus.
Marion Ravenswood Stunt Double: Female. 20s-30s. Good upper body strength and athletic look. Ability to rappel and work at substantial heights.
German Mechanic: Male, mid 20s-30s. 6’4”to 7’0” with strong athletic build. Experience in stage combat a plus.
Stunt Actors (Indiana Jones, German Mechanic): will learn a choreographed fight sequence. Some applicants will be asked to move on to an acting scene.
Indiana Jones™ Epic Stunt Spectacular Tumblers:
Male Tumblers must demonstrate advance tumbling passes. Some roles require climbing, swinging, and the ability to perform at heights in and around special effects.
The Festival of the Lion King Gymnasts:
Male Gymnasts: must demonstrate proficiency on rings, trampoline and high bar.
Stunt tumblers: will be put through 4-5 tumbling passes, ranging from beginner (hand stand, forward roll) to advanced (back handsprings, hand tucks).
Male Gymnasts: will have to demonstrate tramp combinations, rings work, and high bar combinations.
