Lunch from 1 - 2.
No appointment necessary. Sign-up begins at 12 Noon and ends at 8 PM. The producer will run all aspects of this call. Equity audition procedures will NOT be in effect, and no Equity Monitor will be provided.
Please prepare a brief contemporary monologue. Selections from the season's plays are acceptable but not required.
Please bring a picture & resume, stapled back-to-back.

The Aliens by Annie Baker. Dir: Matt Pfeiffer. 1st reh: 8/9/11. Runs 9/1-10/2.
Two 30-year-old slackers indoctrinate a high school boy into the world of music, Bukowski and 'shrooms.
Jasper:
30. Wannabe musician and writer. Plays some guitar.
KJ:
Man, 30. Follower and would-be mathematician. Plays some guitar.
Evan:
High school boy who works at the coffee shop that Jasper and KJ have claimed as their own. Plays some guitar.
Gruesome Playground Injuries by Rajiv Joseph. Dir: Deborah Block. 1st reh: 10/10/11. Runs 11/10-12/4.
Through their childhood and into their adult years, an emotionally damaged woman and an injury-prone man meet in nurses' offices and hospitals, looking to heal each other's wounds.
Kayleen:
Character ages from 8 to 38 over the course of the play. Insecure and often guarded; tries to get past her doubt and connect with another person.
Doug:
Character ages from 8 to 38 over the course of the play. Forward and often brash; tries to deal with his unrequited love for Kayleen.
Knives in Hens by David Harrower. Dir: Brenna Geffers. 1st reh: 1/10/12. Runs 2/9 - 3/4/12.
In a time long ago and in a place far way, a young woman becomes entangled in a love triangle as she struggles to master the language necessary to free her mind.
The Young Woman:
20s. Strong-willed, and curious about the world around her.
William:
Late 20s - early 40s. The Young Woman's husband. Earthy and protective. Passionate about his work with his horses. Proud of his strength.
Gilbert:
Late 20s - early 40s. The miller, and an outsider of the community. Has the ability to read and write, and is proud of his superior education. Calculating.
A Behanding in Spokane by Martin McDonagh. Dir: Joe Canuso. 1st reh: 3/26/11. Runs 4/19-5/13.
The lives of four ne'er-do-wells in a run-down hotel get caught up in the search for a missing hand.
Carmichael:
Man, early 40s. Mysterious hit man, on a ruthless hunt for his missing hand. Loves his mother.
Mervyn:
30s. Naïvely pushy bellhop. Wants to get involved in the “interesting” lives of his guests.
Toby:
African American man, 20s. Smart drug dealer. Has plans to scam Carmichael. Prone to tears.
Marilyn:
20s. Toby's blonde girlfriend who gets caught up in the scam. Isn't afraid to use her “cuteness” to get out of trouble.
