Cardinal Inquisitor:
(Male, 40s-50s). An inside man; a fixer. Brilliant political mind, very persuasive.
Adult Andrea Sarti:
(Male, 20s-30s). Actors of all ethnicities, specifically African-American actors, are strongly encouraged to submit. Dark hair, grounded, intelligent and passionate; a young revolutionary. Also plays Masked Guest 2 and Old Cardinal’s Monk.
Signora Sarti:
(Female, 40s-50s). Actors of all ethnicities, specifically African-American actors, are strongly encouraged to submit. Middle aged and motherly. Galileo’s housekeeper and purveyor of common sense. Can keep up with Galileo; dry, witty Thelma Ritter type.
