All dates subject to change. ALL ACTORS WILL BE SIGNED ON AS ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS. Actor/ASMs are required to unload/load, setup and/or strike the set. No single piece of scenery shall exceed such proportions of height or weight as to make it impossible to be carries reasonably by two members of the company.
This tour will be going to Canada. All actors must have valid passports.
All actors must be versatile performers to play multiple characters.
Seeking the following 2 roles at this time:
Thurgood Marshall:
18+ African-American male. Strong charismatic, larger-than-life actor to play the brilliant fighter for human rights. He is a man who has wit, wisdom, & drive. He is also a great speaker; funny, irreverent, passionate. We must love and cheer him on his battle against school segregation.
Ernest Carter:
18+ African-American male. Grace's father, a working class guy, deacon of the church, physically strong, determined to get his daughter a good education.
