On the Louisiana Bayou, a wandering soul recently released from prison clashes with his straight-and-narrow brother. Yet even as they grapple with their own notions of freedom and tradition, the brothers remain fiercely intertwined.
Seeking:
Osooshi:
Early 20s African-American man, from Louisiana. Ex-con on parole. Happy-go-lucky, but wounded. Darker skinned. Must sing well.
Ogun:
Late 20s/early 30s African-American man, from Louisiana. Physical laborer's physique. Responsible, sturdy, strong work ethic, but wounded. Lighter skinned (Native American father). Must be able to carry a tune.
Elegba:
Late 20s African-American man, Creole, from Louisiana. Ex-con on parole. Sweet, but a bit two-faced. Must sing—has a “choir boy” voice
