Preparation
Sides from the script will be provided when making an appointment. Reader will be provided. Visually impaired performers may request an advance copy of the sides when making an audition appointment.
Please bring a picture and resume, stapled together.

Other Dates
1st rehearsal: August 27, 2013. Runs September 26 – October 13, 2013.

Callbacks, if needed, will be held June 4 and/or 5. Actors must audition to be seen at callbacks.

Other
Equity Members without appointments will be seen throughout the audition day, as time permits.

30 years old, Sergeant in the Marines, Assistant Commander of Convoy Security, Military Police.

MARGIE
58 years old, CASEY’s mother. Former alcoholic, chain smoker, works at Foodland

KEVIN
32, father of her son, ex-Marine, rides a Harley, works at Home Depot, African-American.

SEAN
Bi-racial, 10, Casey and Kevin’s son.


CHARACTERS IRAQ

STAFF SERGEANT THOMAS WILLIAMS
early 30’s, CASEY’s immediate superior, African American.

LANCE CORPORAL JAMIE HERNANDEZ
25 years old, a gunner in CASEY’s humvee.

FIRST LIEUTENANT CHRISTOPHER BAINES
30’s, her Commanding Officer, white.
