All rehearsals will be in the evenings during the week, and one or two weekend rehearsals before the festival in January 2012.

NYC auditions will be held Monday, November 7, 2011, by appointment only.

If given an appointment, be prepared with two contrasting 32 bar selections. Contemporary musical theatre preferred. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist provided but may not transpose.

Callbacks will be the following night, Tuesday, November 8, 2011.

This 4 person operetta is seeking two excellent Equity singer/actors to fill out its cast.

SEEKING:

Peter:

24, (BARITONE G2-G4) an all American blue collar guy in love with Helen. Actor must have excellent comic timing and emotional range.

Mrs. Jones:

45-60 (Mezzo Soprano -Must be able to belt to a Bb general range F3), a nurse, and mother to Hope. While planning her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Jones grapples with a diagnosis of breast cancer. Actress must convey maternal instincts with emotional grace and range.
