Eddy:
Native American, 20s-30s. Haunted, angry, loyal, emotional. Just back from war in Ramadi, and traumatized by the lives he took, he is tortured and a little reckless. Lyric tenor.
David:
Caucasian, 30s-40s. Bold, tough, an alpha male and successful businessman. Once a man of many vices, now his addictions are smuggling drugs rather than taking them. Lyric baritone (not too heavy), normally A below low C to A or Ab above middle C.
Alee:
Thai woman, 30s-40s. World-weary, wise, private and protective of herself and her secrets. She is a waitress, but translates letters for the other women, and is happy to have her life remain quiet. Mezzo-soprano, normally A below middle C up to A two octaves above middle C.
