Monday Night PlayGround performs once a month. Each month the cast is different, depending on the scripts we receive. Every script gets a total of 90 minutes rehearsal and 10 minutes of tech. The plays are performed ON BOOK, but minimally blocked.
Since we don't know what scripts we will be working with from month to month, we are looking for solid, versatile actors who can make big choices and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. While what we do has elements of improv, PlayGround is designed to support the playwright, so attention to text and language is a priority for the PlayGround actor.
