TITLE: PAINTED RED/ STAGED READING IN NYC

SYNOPSIS: A black woman being treated at a major medical facility has her cells stolen from her before her death. Her cells form the basis of modern medical developments as well as a multi-billion dollar microbiological industry while her family was ignorant of these developments and poverty stricken.
