Seeking:

Esme Trouillefou:

Arab, female, early 20s. Must sing well. She is an Algerian Refugee and a Muslim, although somewhat Westernized because she is from the Mediterranean area of Algeria and has been in Paris for a year or two already along with her brother Clopin. She is arrestingly beautiful, however in a very natural way. An actress who speaks, or has some knowledge of Arabic and Arab style folk singing is a huge plus but not a must. Folk style Belter to a C.

FLEUR-DE-LYS Degondolaurier:

Caucasian, female, early 20s. Must sing well – belt to E. She is an aspiring cabaret singer. She thinks she is going to be the next Piaf, although she lacks the emotional capacity until her fiancé, Phoebus Chateaupers gets murdered. She is very insecure and covers that up with a prim and proper rich girl façade. Eventually her jealousy causes disaster for her and all those around her.

Dom Claude Frollo:

Caucasian, male, 30s to 40s. The Arch-Deacon of Notre Dame de Paris. He is socially awkward and introverted but very smart. He is obsessive over Esme to the point of stalking. If he can’t have her no one can. His parents died when he was sixteen and he raised his brother, Pierre, since then. He also has taken in a young man named Quasimodo, who is somewhat autistic and non-verbal. Should sing well, baritone to a G.
