Lennie:
35-45. Itinerant farmhand, huge, lumbering, enormously strong, open, trusting and vulnerable.
Candy:
Over 55. Disabled farmhand, garrulous, needy, tries very hard, devoted to his dog.
Slim:
35-50. Head farmhand, tall, slender, reserved, a good listener, has a quiet authority.
Curley:
20-30. The Boss's son, works on the farm, short, feisty, insecure, proud of his boxing ability.
Curley's Wife:
20. Sexy, flirtatious, very aware of her effect on men, vulnerable and lonely.
Crooks:
35-50. African-American farmhand, isolated, bitter, reads books and dreams of his family.
