Please bring a current picture & resume, stapled back-to-back.

Tells the fictional story of Huey Calhoun, one of the first white disc jockeys who dared to play rhythm & blues music for his white teenage listeners in the early 1950s.

Seeking dancers for the original cast of the tour production. Casting director states that auditioning performers will also be considered for the currently running Broadway production (Production Contract; see also separate 3/22 Broadway ECC notice).

Dancers (M/F):

Character ages: 20s – 40s. Characters are all ethnicities. Dancers play various ensemble characters. Seeking excellent, athletic dancers who sing. Tumbling a plus for men.
