The songs of the pop group ABBA provide the score for this romantic comedy that contrasts the dreams and desires of a young woman about to become a bride with those of her mother, a free spirit of the 70s who never married. MAMMA MIA! takes place at a taverna on a Greek island.
Strong dancers, men and women (early 20s), with a contemporary, hip look who sing well. Some featured male ensemble roles have dance specialties for which Russian split jumps and acrobatics are a plus. DANCERS SHOULD BE OF ALL RACES, ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS, AND SIZES.
Dancers of all races and ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to attend this call.
