Lucas Brickman:

Mid 20s. Narrator. New to the world of comedy-writing. A young Neil Simon.

Milt Fields:

30s-40s. Quick-witted.

Brian Doyle:

30s. Heavy smoker. The only gentile in the group.

Kenny Franks:

30s. The most sophisticated writer.

Ira Stone:

30s. Loud, attention-getter.

Helen:

20s. Max’s secretary.

Carol Wyman:

30s. Only female writer on staff. Can hold her own in a room of wise-cracking male comedy writers.

The following roles are cast. Auditioning performers will be considered as possible replacements, should any become necessary.

Val Skolsky:

CAST. Russian man, 40s. Senior member of the writing staff.

Max Prince:

CAST. 40s. Star of “The Max Prince Show”. Dominates a room.
