Man, 30s–40s. Called “El Mago”. A barber. Dominican-York (long-time NYC resident, originally from the Dominican Republic). CHARACTER IS FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

Nurys:

Woman, 20s–mid 30s. Benny’s sassy sister. Like her brother, Nurys is a Dominican-York. CHARACTER IS FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

Cheo:

Man, 60s. A barber. Benny’s uncle. Old School. CHARACTER IS FLUENT IN SPANISH.

Sandy:

Man, 30s. Called “Papi Chulo”. A barber. Smooth-talker, ladies’ man. Rapping ability a plus. Strong comedy. CHARACTER IS FLUENT IN SPANISH.

Correo:

Man, 30s–40s. Street hustler. Arrived from the Dominican Republic less than a year ago. Strong comedy. CHARACTER IS FLUENT IN SPANISH.

Bachatero / Banker:

Male, 30s. Full of himself. Singing ability a plus. Strong comedy. CHARACTER IS FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

Robber / Cop / Realtor:

Male, 30s–40s. CHARACTER IS FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
