SEEKING:
Slightly Younger Woman:
Ethereal, with some real strength underneath. A “little girl lost” quality. She should have some transparency or float to her voice. Her sound can be somewhat contemporary but not pop.
Slightly Older Woman:
A survivor/fighter, someone who has lived through loss. She should have a big voice that is raw and interesting, and be able to sing European cabaret. Piaf is the classic example
Slightly Younger Man: An “angry young man” type, a bit of an anarchist or rebel – but also charming. He should have a rock edge to his voice.
Slightly Older Man:
Wise but not too wise, experienced but not past his sexual prime. Virile. He is old enough to know a lot of things but not so old to be at peace. His voice is conversational when it needs to be, but not too lyrical. His sound is contemporary, not classic musical theater.
