A Christmas jukebox musical, filled with traditional Christmas carols and holiday favorites. Story of a “typical” American family, from the day after Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve. With their soldier-son hoping to get home from Afghanistan for Christmas, with their daughter (who is in college on the West Coast) finishing final exams and also preparing to come home for Christmas, and with younger children preparing for their Christmas pageant, the family surmounts the challenges of modern life and, ultimately, rediscovers the true meaning of the season.
