Equity actors for roles in the world premiere of GALILEE (see breakdown).
YACOV –Black male – (late 20s-early 30s) Hamlet-like in his charisma and his indecision. A genuinely good person, carries heavy anguish and responsibility.
MIRI- Person of color, Female- (20s-30s) POC Spooky, sexy, cynical. A mystic with direct access to something beyond this world. A cutting and truthful commentator. For the audience, their primary guide on this journey.
SAUL – White male (late 20s late-30s) Magnetic, clever, brooding, winning, passionate, a bit unhinged.
MATITYAHU/ RABBI - Any ethnicity, male (late 40s to late 50s) Sober, caring, warm, measured, thoughtful, clear-eyed, unable to let things go.
Please prepare a 2 to 3 minute contemporary monologue. Please bring headshot and resume stapled together.
