Seeking:

Stephen Bellamy—(Male, 25) A political wunderkind and press secretary for presidential candidate Governor Morris. Charming, ambitious, brutally intelligent. Stephen has been wildly successful and has the ego and charisma that accompany a meteoric rise. Capable of cruelty, but in some ways still an idealistic kid.

Paul Zara (Male, Late 40s) Campaign Manager for Governor Morris. A wheeler and dealer with years of experience. He presents a slightly rumpled façade of bluster and charm, maskingdeeper insecurities and unimpeachable integrity.

Molly (Female 19) An intern on the Morris campaign. Young, sexy, whip-smart, ambitious. She likes to play with fire and can be disarmingly frank. She certainly possesses a softer side, but is careful to hide it.

Ben (Male, early 20s). Deputy Press Secretary for the Morris campaign. Young, smart, eager to learn and looking to make his mark. Ben is in control of himself, knows how to follow orders, but is not subservient. Can appear shy at times, but underestimating him is a mistake.

Tom Duffy (Male, Late 40s—Early 50s) Campaign manager for the rival Pullman campaign. An operator pure and simple. He sees what he wants and goes for it. Smooth, calculating, and willing to do whatever it takes to win. A charming Machiavelli.

Ida Horowicz (Female, 30s) A traveling political reporter for The New York Times. Smart, ambitious, tough, and always on the lookout for a story. She’s completely at home in the boys club of politics and dogged in her quest for a scoop.

Frank/Waiter (Hispanic Male, 20s) Frank: A reporter for the LA Times. Waiter: A small town guy. Charming sincere, and a believer.

Premiere Stages at Kean University is located in Union, NJ, 30 minutes from Manhattan. There is a train that stops at the Kean campus (from Penn Station).
