Ouiharaboji:

Male, 50s-80s, Asian. The grumpy, crotchety father of Ju Yeon. Has difficulty taking care of his wife Ouihalmoni, who has paralyzed legs. Expects others to care for him. Ironic humor.

Ouihalmoni:

Female, 50s-80s, Asian. A once-independent Korean woman in her youth, she is now incapacitated and can only crawl on the floor. Curt, honest. Tries to wrangle her husband who loses their money gambling.
