CHOIR BOY is set in an American boarding school for African-American gifted boys. We follow the journeys and lives of five teenage boys who are in the school choir. They're brought together by their amazing singing ability and we witness their competitiveness, confused sexuality and their commitment to their faith.

SEEKING the following ONLY:

Pharus Jonathan Young: Must look 17. African-American. (Lead role.) Extremely smart. Effeminate. Senior student and Lead of the Charles R Drew Prep School for Boys Choir. Opinionated, outspoken, charismatic, sly sense of humor. Needn’t be a trained singer, but must be comfortable singing gospel hymns.
